Wen I load character for visualization in DAZ Studio, character is all square and I do not think the option to visualize in normal mode. Please if anyone can help me!

That is just pose not character figure. And if that may load gen 8 male, you don't have it installed properly.
For load characters you must go to figures.
And check your viewport setting If you not have set it to bounding box.

Since you do appear to have a Genesis 8 figure loaded into the scene (based on the scene pane in the upper right) this does suggest (as Joraell said) that there is something wrong with your installation of the Genesis 8 figures - basically, it doesn't seem to be finding the meshes. What I would suggest is that, if you're using DIM, that you uninstall and re-install the Genesis 8 Starter Essentials - they just didn't get set up properly.
