Ah I remember playing this a while back. The gameplay was actually pretty fun!

I think the sex scenes slowed down time considerably too, so if you want to test a scene by getting caught and still win that level it's pretty doable.

Not really... Most of the gameplay is 3D 'tower defence', only with traps instead of towers. There's some RPG-style walking to the levels, but that's basically it.
