Are there any games which focus on being a game with porn content and not the other way around?
it also should not be a visual novel, i know games like mist or lust is stranger.
but these have still too much focus on porn content for my taste.
porn should just be part of the game not the reason for the game.
recommendations outside of f95zone are also fine.

If you've never played nor tried Karryn's Prison , you should take a look.
The game has amazing mechanics and a ton of ways to build your Karryn and manage the prison.
Sure it's mostly focused on H content, or, a better way to say that should be : The game will try to make you make mistakes and corrupt her, slowly.
But, you can try to keep her pure, and it is a real challenge.
And this how I like to play this game the most.
Or it was, until the redrawn, she looks so much better now that it's damn hard to keep her pure. XD
~1500h played and I still loving it.
