The “rape” tag on this is so misleading. Even after the admins lay out the rules about Tags and their meanings, it seems that dishonest tags are still present everywhere.

I'm going to assume it's because you play as both the male protagonist and the female protagonist. So, it falls under cheating since you play as both protagonists.
They are not cheating on you behind your back like a single protagonist game. You are playing both protagonists and making the choices to cheat on... well... yourself lol. So, guess that is why they removed the netorare tag and just left the cheating tag, because you are choosing to cheat on your own protagonist.
Though, they should leave the netorare tag on there any ways. It really messes up the tag search when you're trying to find games with NTR, and this won't show up now, even though it is an NTR game, all because the Mods didn't feel like it needed the tag. But feel free to report it for the missing tag if you want. Best of luck with that.
It’s honestly mind-blowing how a site this massive manages to have the worst tagging system and the most nonsensical category names on the entire internet.

My only issue with the Dev's prior game was the female side characters were way hotter than the main characters.
