My best guess would be something broke your resolution. 2 things I can think off the top of my head are
1) Force the resolution by creating a shortcut going into the shortcut properties and adding
-screen-width XXXX -screen-height XXXX
to the end of the target line where the x's are your desired resolution.

2) Delete the key from your registry and hope that works. "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kamo\Long Story Short"
