I highly doubt that the problem is with your Windows OS ... Windows 10 64bit should be able to run just about every game on here as long as you have:

Kept up with Windows 10 releases: current is 22H2 (10.0.19045.2673) (February 21, 2023)
Kept your video, audio, etc drivers up to date
You have adequate space on your hard drive
You have at least 4 GB RAM (preferably at least 8 GB and target should be 16 GB nowadays)

I haven't upgraded my computer since I bought it in June 2013 except to take it from Windows 8 to Windows 10 in 2016 and keep up with all updates. I have not found a game on F95 zone that it cannot play. Now, there are a growing number of AAA games since 2020 that I cannot play because my old video card isn't really up to snuff. However, I'm not missing much, overall.

I have yet to find a game that I can't play and I'm using a quad core CPU that is more than 10 years old with a 1050Ti and windows 10 64 bit. Most of the games I've seen where your OS matters come with a separate executable for 32 bit or 64 bit. So just pick whichever one you need.

its says the file your trying to execute isnt comparable with the windows your running:pp
From the sounds of things, you are actually running a 32-bit version of Windows.

Most ren'py games ship with 2 flavours: 32-bit and 64-bit. They are imaginatively named <game name>.exe for the 64-bit version and <game name>-32.exe for the 32-bit version.

Try running the 32-bit version.
