Problem with the ignore option and latest updates list

Hi,
Ignored (and hidden) games, despite marked as such, keep re-appearing in the latest updates.
I don't really want to have those games appearing listed. This started some days ago and I have been noticing this. I have unignored choosing to "delete" and ignored again. This seems to solve the issue but other games appear and see them listed. It's very annoying. The ignore+hide should be working but there is something wrong. So could you have a look and fix?
Furthermore, it would be nice to have the option to filter and see ONLY the watched games - excluding anything else, ignored and not ignored.

1000 threads is the limit if you want to fully hide to prevent putting strain on the database. congrats on joining the ~0.0005% of affected users.

if transparent hiding is not enough and you don't mind the pages showing fewer games per page, switch to transparent in the options and block the transparent box element with an adblocker.

I appreciate this reply and suggestion with the adblock, but I am not going to follow that.
I have simply reduced the amount of ignored (from those abandoned and completed) to accommodate new and more annoying games appearing listed.

I still think though, there should be an internal solution for this, either allowing more entries 2x or 3x else a personal favourites list filter, so we can see only our bookmarks on the updates, or something else.
Some games have certain tags but those tags do not represent the entire game, so if you block an entire tag you can miss other games (you otherwise like) just because they have that tag, and that doesn't seem right. If for instance one game has the tag "graphic violence" and the theme of the game is that, while other game has that same tag because it has a specific scene - and these are two completely different situations. I may want to hide the first and continue seing the second.
