I have some Japanese games that I want to create an in game English translation for, but the files are in .tac format and I don't know how to get into them to get to the text to translate them. Can someone assist me with this? And yes, I'm aware of text hookers and the like, but I want to create a patch or actual translation so that I can release true translations for others, without the need for all that other crap.
