Program for Win 10 to have live translation of RPG Maker games?

I had translation aggregator in the past and some other stuff like IGTH and whatnot but
a) most of it stopped working somewhere with either newer RPG Maker or Win10
b) i was already barely managing that stuff back then and with not using them for a while, i have absolutely no clue anymore

So my question is: Is there some new easy to use tool to have text from a RPG Maker game translated live while playing it?
I saw the thread in translation with a guide to translate the games fully, but i dont think i can manage that, so its enough for me to have the text get grabbed from the game, sent to clipboard and translate in a separate window.

It's known (or at least I've always heard it being called) "Text Hooker". My guess is that most of the famous ones have dropped support a long time ago, meaning that they won't work on newer games or OS. If you were to install a newer alternative such as:

it should work fine.
