hey!
I’m building an adult, multiversal harem-management game in unity. Its an open ended sandbox packed with systems and player freedom. Every run is different, and it isn’t some linear visual novel. It draws a lot of inspiration from games like Karryn’s Prison and Fort of Chains. I’m currently the 3D artist, programmer, and writer, and have been building this with a UI designer. I’m mainly looking to bring on a 2D artist. That said, if you think you can contribute in another way that arent these roles and want to be part of something ambitious, don’t hesitate to reach out!

This is a multiversal harem management game built in Unity, combining 2D UI with stylized 3D character renders. The player travels between universes to collect, train, and manage girls, each with unique stories, stats, and hidden traits
There are two types of girls:
  • Romanceable Girls are the original, story-driven versions. Each one comes with a full affection route, think traditional visual novel pacing. These paths focus on bonding, romance, emotional development, and story-based scenes. There’s no training, no degradation, just character growth, intimacy, and meaningful connection. If you want a slow-burn, emotionally rich arc, this is your lane.
  • Shattered Echo Girls are their darker, alternate-universe counterparts. These girls are meant for the corruption path, conditioning, training, obedience, and sexual transformation. You can manage them, assign them to missions, monetize their content, or mold them however you want through systems like servitude, brothel work, or dungeon training.

    Important Note:
Shattered Echo Girls are not as dialogue heavy as the Romanceable Girls. While they’re still unique and distinct in personality, their purpose is more mechanical, visual, and system-driven. They’re built for gameplay depth and corruption progression, not long romantic storytelling. So if you were worried that every Shattered Echo needs a huge story arc or pages of dialogue, don’t be! They only need occasional lines or simple flavor interactions to feel alive. And if you (or we) want to expand them with custom events or scenes, that’s totally possible, but it’s optional. They’re not “built” to carry deep narratives; their strength lies in the systems, stat progression, and corruption gameplay.
Basically:
  • The original version is for the affection route, no training, no degradation (well ig thats depending on how the romance story goes) but its romance, bonding, and story-based scenes, like a romance novel
  • And then the Shattered Echo is a darker, alternate-universe version, meant for training, conditioning, and corruption content,
We're splitting them like this because trying to mix romance and corruption in one path causes a tone clash and also so it preserves the emotional tone of each path. Trying to romance someone while also corrupting them often creates a tone conflict. It’s hard to write meaningful affection scenes with a character you’re simultaneously degrading, and it also invites two types of players, Players who want to be romantic don’t have to feel weird for slowly mindbreaking someone, and players who want the full corruption arc can go all in without the game holding back for narrative reasons
You can form bonds, recruit new girls, and control the fate of their shattered versions. You can assign them to passive missions, train their obedience, or sell their content and the game rewards you with real systems and progression.
Storytelling happens through:
  • A universal map with node-based exploration
  • Visual novel interactions and romance dialogue
  • Phone messaging for flavor and updates
  • Mission dispatch for passive income, stat growth, and unique events
It’s a management sim at heart, with layered relationship-building and long-term progression.

Game Longevity
I’ve built this game from the ground up to be something that can grow indefinitely, kind of like designing the infrastructure of a city before it’s populated. The lore, the systems, even the UI, it’s all designed to scale. Whether that means new girls, new stories, or even entirely different universes, the game is built to support constant expansion.

The multiverse concept isn’t just aesthetic, it’s intentional. It gives us the freedom to include any art style we want: stylized 3D, anime 2D, even hyperrealism. It all fits because every universe has its own identity, like we already have MikaDawn3D working on a character for the game despite their style being different.

Because of how it’s structured, the game can support an endless roster of girls, variants of those girls, and entirely custom storylines. Writers won’t be locked into rigid canon. You can build your own kinky narrative, whether it’s a romantic corruption arc or a hardcore futa story, and it’ll fit. The lore is here to enable creativity, not restrict it!

Even if you don’t have the art to visualize your girl or her scenes, I’ve got you. I’m willing to help bring those characters to life visually, and the goal is to eventually have strong relationships with artists (like we’re building with MikaDawn) who can support those contributions too. If you bring the idea, I’ll help make it real.

Think of the game like a gallery, everyone’s stories, art styles, and characters exist together, harmonized by the multiverse. Of course, the base game will have its own consistent art direction (primarily mine), but the foundation is designed to let us plug in new content without breaking anything. Imagine Project Harem like Skyrim, but instead of players modding it themselves, we’re the ones building the mod architecture internally. Writers, artists, and contributors bring in wild new ideas, and we “mod” them into the game together, so everything stays polished, integrated, and cohesive. Whether it’s new girls, scenes, universes, or fetishes, if it fits the structure, we can bring it in cleanly and make it feel like it always belonged.

Customization, Upgrades, and Sexual Progression:

There’s way more going on under the hood, but here’s a preview:
  • Girls can be upgraded, from Libido and Sexual Endurance to full body transformations. Invest enough and their bodies evolve across three phases, getting curvier, more in-demand, and more profitable.
  • Girls passively gain traits. If one gives enough oral, she might unlock Oral Mastery I, which can naturally level into higher tiers. Traits like Nymphomaniac, Pain Slut, or Cum Addict show up based on behavior.
  • Everything boosts their value: income generation, content demand, client interest, and access to new scenes or story routes.
  • The body evolution system lets every girl grow from a canon-adjacent base into a fantasy-bending, ultra-curvy bombshell by Phase 3.
There’s a full trait/stat system, with detailed kink categories and submission/corruption mechanics. Girls are more than just numbers, they evolve dynamically.
Collect, manage, train, and upgrade girls, that’s the core of the game. Build your roster, shape their growth, and decide what kind of “manager” you want to be. Of course, later on when the game is closer to a finish state, you can completely dodge the kinky "trainer" route, and go full romance only with OG girls.

Stat-based RPG elements: Charisma, Strength, Libido, Intelligence, Endurance—and yes, Dick Size. These stats directly influence interactions, dialogue options, missions, and outcomes. For example: having high Strength + large Dick Size might unlock a dominant sex scene, while high Charisma + Intelligence could open up manipulation-based dialogue or seduction routes. Your build matters, it shapes how girls react to you, what scenes you unlock, and how effective your training or resistance is.

  • Sex Rating System: Girls rank from low (C-tier) to SS based on upgrades, training, and relationship development. The higher the tier, the more expensive they sell for and the more money they generate.
  • Sandbox progression: Build dungeons, luxury apartments, tech labs, and more as your base expands.
Kinks & Fetishes Covered:
  • Slavery, corruption, degradation, humiliation
  • Romantic submission and emotional affection
  • Domination/submission dynamics (femdom and futanari content)
  • Girl customization: clothing, tattoos, breast/ass enhancements, cosmetic changes
  • Futanari girls, BBC, ugly bastards, bums, even NTR are all integrated through faction-based content — for example, you might choose to give a girl to a "BBC" faction for them to use, for rewards or "out of good will".

This game is designed to hit a wide spectrum of kinks — from soft and affectionate, to playful, extreme, or downright hardcore. Whether you're into romance, corruption, domination, or total depravity, you choose your path and shape your experience.

Right now, I’m mainly looking for:
2D ARTIST – We need someone to handle 2D background art, a city map (like a top down view), a universal map (will be used as a node based system where the multiversal portal is the one "traveling" not you, hence why you're always in the city), and a good number of trait/stat icons. Bonus if you’re interested in isometric buildings, I have all the assets, you’d mostly be assembling tile pieces like legos

Sound Designer – Looking for someone to help with audio, UI sounds, maybe ambient layers and music.

3D ARTIST – While not a main priority, a Blender 3D artist would still help a ton. Whether you do animation, modeling, rigging, or environments, I can most definitely find a place for you.

Writers –If you're more into writing or want to help on the creative side, I’m also looking for someone to help with dialogue and worldbuilding. This game is designed for infinite content. There’s no strict canon locking you down. If you want to write a wild multiversal kink route, or short dispatch missions, or full-fledged VN stories (futa, femdom, bratty, submissive, whatever), this game can support it. No lore gatekeeping, just endless opportunity.

What you would do:
  • Writing NSFW dialogue (corruption, romance, femdom, etc.)
  • Helping shape personalities and backstories (canon + original)
  • Writing events, encounter scenes, and worldbuilding ideas
  • (Optional) Helping brainstorm kinks, faction dynamics, and flavor text
What I’m Looking For:
  • Someone chill, creative, and into kinky/NSFW writing
  • Can write playful, bratty, soft, dark, whatever the tone needs
  • Doesn’t need to be pro, just excited and consistent

Form of Payment – Revenue Share & Post-Launch Payment

This project mainly runs on revenue share, with the option for post-launch payment once the game starts making money!
I’m putting a ton of time and energy into this, handling everything from programming and 3D art to writing and systems as well as communicating with artists such as MikaDawn3D that are contributing character art. It’s a huge commitment on my end, but I believe in the vision. And if you’re jumping in to help shape that vision, your contribution should absolutely be valued.
Revenue shares won’t be flat or generic, they’ll reflect what you actually bring to the project. I don’t want anyone feeling like they’re gambling on scraps or getting undervalued. I’m all about clear communication, and I’m happy to talk openly about fair splits from the start, so everyone knows where they stand.
If you'd prefer to be paid out later instead of holding a revenue share, that’s something we can talk about too, especially for roles like art, writing, and audio.
And just to be super clear: I’m not trying to run a studio or micromanage anybody. You don’t need to clock in or go “full-time.” I just want to make something awesome with creative people who care about what we’re building. No pressure, just shared ambition :)

Not Sure About Rev Share? Let’s Talk! (Payment Flexibility)

While this is primarily a revenue share + post-launch payment project, I totally get that joining something new can feel risky, especially if money’s tight or you’ve been burned before. So if it helps, I’m open to talking about a small upfront fee or gesture payment just to show that I’m serious and that I respect your time and effort! That said, I do lean toward offering less revenue share when there’s upfront pay, just to keep things fair across the team. If everyone wants upfront commissions and rev share, it kinda defeats the trust-based spirit of the split system, you know?

If the work is substantial, like a big isometric environment setup or a major contribution we really need, I’m definitely open to larger payments where it makes sense. I’m flexible, and I want this to feel fair for both of us.

That said, when something becomes a full-on paid commission, I lean away from revenue share, just to be transparent. The point of rev share is mutual investment and trust in the project’s success. If I’m buying something outright, that’s a different kind of agreement, and I respect both approaches!

Bottom line: I’m not here to lowball, If you’re genuinely excited and want to build something cool together, let’s talk and figure out what works best.

Anyways, if this sounds like something you'd want to build with us, DM me on here with your Discord tag and what you specialize in (or want to do)!

The project sounds ambitious. Good luck with it, man!
From what I've read, Idk if you'll be happy with an ai artist.

I've been waiting for an "advance payment" since May 5th. I hope it will reach me at least in the 4th month when I hope the game comes out.

I've been waiting for an "advance payment" since May 5th. I hope it will reach me at least in the 4th month when I hope the game comes out.
Just to clarify for anyone following the thread:

There was a misunderstanding about the payment terms between me and Sukiakikun. The agreement he gave me stated that payment would happen after version 0.1 and only if the work was used in the game, with no prepayments, as written directly in our early messages. That’s the framework I was operating under during the short time we worked together.

It turns out there was some confusion on both ends, he didn't mean for it to be interpreted that way, but that is how it was worded at the time. Thankfully, we were able to talk it out and clear everything up respectfully.

Regarding the mention of waiting for an “advance payment” since May 5th, I never promised an advance. I stated payment would come after version 0.1, and at the time I estimated that would take about two months. I’ve since realized I underestimated the development timeline, and that’s on me. But payment was always tied to version 0.1, not a fixed date.

Unless he meant post-launch payment, the original agreement clearly said no payment unless the work was used. I didn’t end up using his UI work (dialogue panel), but out of respect for his time, I told him I will still plan to pay him after v0.1, even if that’s not what he intended, it is what was said.

There was a misunderstanding on both sides.
I considered the Paid+Share tags as paid, by deal, but it turned out to be only Share without Paid. I did a test, after which I received more detailed tasks that I completed by changing the screens, after which I reported the hours (I work on an hourly rate).
And when I asked when there would be some kind of advance, at least a starting one, my services were immediately not needed since a person was found who could do several tasks, and the money would be paid only after the release of the game in a month and a half or two. After two months, I asked why there were no answers and they told me that the project turned out to be more complicated than they thought.
So I have to wait for the release day. So I'm waiting.
