That's your problem. "bibifoc" folder should be in "game" directory. Not in "gallery.31". I guess you have unzip the zip file in a directory with its own name.
From what I believe I can understand is that you no longer need a separate patch as the incest is built in to the game via the prometheus patch you only needed the patch for older versions of the game I think. granted i only started following this game a couple months ago so I cant really say what works and what doesnt and what is technically right when it comes to information around that time
The Prometheus patch includes the bestiality, not the incest. If you want to play with incest in the game, then you need the incest patch made by ouch2020.
Ahh, I see. The incest patch is updated. I did not notice that. I prob should have looked harder, but might also be a good idea of ouch2020 adds some more text to the post to make it stand out more.
Not really, if someone else wants to do it then fine, but I don't think the dev should drop his planned updates just to rehash the game, the problem I see with a lot of Ren'py rehashes is it takes longer for whoever is doing the rehash to get updates out at a faster pace, that's if they don't abandon the game. I personally like that atm we get monthly updates and the quality isn't that bad.
The next few updates may take a bit longer than usual because of the date content, which will require at least 3 sex scenes per update. Having said that it's only been 3 weeks since the last update, so you're right he needs to chill out.

:-D Kidding, actually, the incest patch at least for now is update with every release of the game, although not always as fast as some people would want it.
Personally the fear of being nearly found out, like speaking from the other side of the door or listening footsteps around the house is more thrilling than being seen, like an "hey mom, you know where Cassius is?" or something like that. But hey, anyone has their personal tastes of course.
Nope, not tomorrow, the Q4 updates will be join into 2 updates, one September/October and one November/December, due to the 10 branching scenes coming with the new date night and also a vacation I'm going to take in November.
This is the plan, 5 in each with another scene if possible.
