You say to be thankful that we even get updates, but essentially, it's okay to be thankless like 3dfriend13. Solid logic.
The biggest issue on this site, IMO, are the whiney, entitled clowns that populate 90% of it. This attitude affects the developers immensely; I know I work with many here. Many developers won't even go on this site because of its toxic reputation.

Yeah, in my playthrough, there was not much for this update but I understand that with the different branches, it will be like that. At least this game, unlike AWAM, has let our girl get freaky many, many times already. Also, the updates come more often. I do think I will skip a couple of updates before I download again.
I admit I have not yet seen the update, but since I am the one that started the parallel with Bianca Censori, I have to say that from the preview, Bianca Censori still wins the competitions for the most naked one
Would be interesting to see what dress was worn if Myriam hadn't become Francis's muse.
I got 7 saves with different people but only one difference at the opera was with Charles, the other 6 saves Myrian goes with Eve.

I use URM mod to see all possible options/outcome at any given call/jump, and there is none other than Charles, Nubia (don't give a fuck if I miss remember her name) and Eve..

I get the frustration, but the game is consistent in its story and Myriam's behavior, I brought things up little by little as she gets bolder and more assured in her sexuality and this point was always a little part of her even if choices made let the player explore it more in depth or not. I do offer choices, a lot of them, but they do stay in a range of behavior of the same character.
I know that doesn't make it less frustrating if you don't enjoy that part, but if that's any consolation, it will be the last scene on the theme (not counting specific endings on it, which will only happen by choices), once the opera event done, will go to a few more scenes to wrap chapter 5, then it'll be on with the endings chapter which will be fully tailored on the player choices (though mind the fact that some choices made during the game might have some unforeseen consequences, beside the obvious ones).
You can either fixed by Myriam's choices during the first encounter, or receive some help from either Danny, Dave or Mike if you are on their roads; you can also fully ignore it multiple times, but it might have some repercussions in the endings.
EDIT: Best way if you want to solve this fast and not have the content is to go in during the first encounter and not take his shit, this will solve it in one go (without any naughty business).

I didn't forget, I just don't like the characters of Danny and Mike so don't have saves for them.
