Yes, as already answered by TomUK, Anthony will get kicked whatever happened, Anthony was the first hurdle to get rid of by Myriam, each chapter has its hurdle or change in her life that she will have to overcome or to go through to get to a new step in her life.
That's I envisioned Myriam, like a tall valkyrie. ^^
