i'd feel bad rating this game any lower, because at the end of the day its a fairly well done attempt at a 3d horror porn game, however there are a lot of glaring issues. i couldn't even finish the game thanks to what i assume was a glitched door about an hour in, but it was totally possible i missed whatever i needed to find to open the door which leads me to how much really weird and questionable design options were implemented.
lighting that makes it really hard to see regardless of brightness, items that barely highlight near you, doors and interactables that dont highlight at all so it impossible to know what you're looking for, and zero direction aside from a little check list that means nothing.
as for the H scenes, they're fine I'm into werewolves but these look and animate pretty poorly and never really feel like a threat with the exception of the alpha who's hide and avoid level was the highlight for me, fun with a good H scene imo too bad it was right before the level i ended up stuck on.

tldr it's objectively fine but i wasn't into it and got stuck

It is objectively a "good" game.

Plays smoothly, seldom encountered any bugs/glitches which required me to restart and the VA/dialogue though sometimes cringe also sneaked a few laughs out of me and is decent.

Graphically, depending on which aspect you're looking at (scenery, enemies, weapons, the character) it looks somewhere around late PS3 to early PS4 era... I say that more as a critique rather than complaint.

There are certain fundamentals for this kinda game that are missing, such as either a mini-map or a 'big' map to help navigate the area.

The character even makes the quip themselves that "for all the money spent on the station, the ships, lab equipment they didn't feel the need to improve communications?" (paraphrase)... there's just certain things in these kinda games that are pretty much 'standard fare' you've come to expect and it is lacking in this one.

Still, it was dumb fun with a passable story and decent h-content.

5/10 Not great but not bad either. Enjoyment will vary depending on personal tastes

Project Werewulf has some great parts to it. The overall visuals are stunning and I love the character models. The concept is interesting and the gameplay is decent

The issue for me was really in the sex scenes. All the scenes I encountered before deciding the game just wasn't for me and quitting the game were just very basic animation loops. If the sex scenes had at least a few phases to them then this would have been a much better game overall in terms of being an adult game

I feel like this is one of those games that is firstly just meant to be a lewd game with the emphasis more being on the game aspects of it rather than the adult aspects of it. The adult aspects kind of just feel added in there

Another issue is after the first sex scene you have some evidence of the act on the character model but subsequent scenes the model doesn't change only the first act basically makes the character model change with the one with some cum on the body but that's about it

This in itself is not a big issue if not for the fact that the sex scenes themselves were also so basic just being very simple animation loops. When captured you fade to black, then fade to the animation loop with very limited camera controls and then after a while it fades to black and your character is shown getting back up after the sex scene

Now each enemy does have a few different animation loops so that is nice but it just isn't enough in my opinion

It will depend on tastes and what else you have played but alas I have played too many other 3D and 2D adult games of this style with far better sex animations in them that I just found Project Werewulf to be lackluster in that aspect

Honestly with all the work they put in the game already to have the levels, the enemies, the combat system the dev really should have just spent a bit more time adding more to the sex side of the game and this would have been a much better game in my opinion

It is one of those things that for me I just hate it when games just tack on stuff but don't go all in on it. So for example in singleplayer games where they just randomly add a half-baked PvP or co-op mode to it. I really hate it when games do this. Either have the feature or don't. I don't like it when it is half-baked

The same is true for adult games. My personal preference is if you are going to make an adult game. Go all in or don't bother, this could have just been a lewd third person action game but then without the sex scenes. But once the decision was made to make this an adult game with sex scenes more effort should have been put into said sex scenes

Default 3d shooter unreal engine game.
Graphics and visual are so so and you need top-notch pc to play without upscaling.
Animations, story, gameplay all of it has low level of execution. Boring and uninteresting to play. Nothing new to see here.
Only positive thing are voiced dialogues but it was made without any expression.

It's a not so big game with some oldschool vibing from really small, but not solo, dev team. Yup, separately all elements from game work not so good, - sex scenes it's cutscenes without interaction (but some of them kinda very hot, even still vanilla), tps element mediocre at best, survival element is too ez (after enabling "hard mode" kinda work), face animation may be better (but body animation is hot). A lot of "but"... But together game working fine and I really enjoy playing it! Like bricks in a wall elements combines together in fun, and working, way. It's something around 6\10, - good complited game with working story, somehow working mechanics, working lvl design with just a little bit of backtracking, drama in story and segs stuff. There is also some sci - fi elements, devs try to do even this. Again, good enuf together. First of all it's a working game with gameplay, not an ez mood fix for 10 min, and it's important. Complited and available. By myself, after trying here, I deside to support dev team via Steam, and game worth my time, as a quick, fun side game project. Money spend well I must say.

I'm surprised that I've actually enjoined PLAYING the game, and not just using it for a quick "fix".
There is junkiness ofcourse, but overall gameplay is good. Something that 99% of porn "games" can't claim.
Price is good, so just had to buy it.

Some stupid as fuck reviews. Game is great enough that I bought it. It is a fully complete game by just a dev and not no whole fucking crew so FFS be reasonable. The game is great and plays out amazing for what it is. Completed 3D games are a rarity and some of the painfully stupid comments and expectations show why few try... SMH. I've gone to the discord and chatted with the dev. Dev is active and listens and took suggestions seriously from when I first gave em in the demofest a year ago about which was the best fleshed out demo at the time.

The most notable and extreme con that I've said in the discord and in steam review is how fucking god damn stupid a single save is. Single saves are flat out unacceptable in ANY game without exception. Corruption or bugs or missed stuff happens. Single saves are once again never ever a acceptable thing. Game never tells you that you can't return and thusly miss a few encounters? dunno how many Haven't finished yet but was upset that I could have potentially ended up not rescuing that girl at start if I didn't so happen to speak with her and also not even finish escorting either. The graphics settings apparently do stick but appears not to cause of some bug with the UI on unreals part. The sneak level is painfully tedious as you can't just stop partway through case the dumb one save and the checkpoint is the start of level

The game is cool but pretty dang easy aside from that one enemy type that eats a disproportionate amount of shots compared to everyone else. If you can land a headshot then all enemies aside from one go down in one HS. Game is a much better more fleshed out Deep Space 7 which is a game that grossly has no sex. Still DS7 was pretty good for the like 4 or 5 bucks I got it for.

Humorously you can turn the flashlight on and off at ANY time

Well, this feels more like a 1.4 star, but that's not an option for me. This is mostly due to the many issues with the gameplay.

This is a survival horror 3rd person shooter, with some melee as well. Pretty standard story, OP wakes up in wrecked research center (a space station in this case) that's been overrun by monsters and needs to escape.

I only played the first 1.5 to 2 areas (I'm not sure exactly where the 2nd area "officially" ends).

The graphics are good, but not optimized, so they use a lot of resources. The models are good, the animations are good, and the outfit designs are good. I do like the cyberpunk ascetic for a survival horror game.

The gameplay really lets this down. The movement is pretty janky feeling, with the MC having full turning animations but they are fairly slow and have weird issues when near objects. The inverse kinematics (the way a 3D model's feet and legs interact with the ground) seem wonky, which leads to odd animations going on when on slopes or moving over low objects.

There's a lot of issues with bugs getting the keycards to advance through areas. In the two areas there's one specific corpse that holds a keycard. You might not get the prompt if you changed the interact button from the default or used the P key (which switches the movement animations in some way, I think with and without active inverse kinematics, but I'm not sure). Even then, it's odd to try and get to the right spot.

The transition from the first area to the second triggers if you go into a specific room, so if you didn't finish exploring you might miss things (not sure if I did, since I didn't want to redo the zone).

The combat is also pretty bad. There's an option for stealth kills, but the few times I tried it on enemies in the second area their animation loops were too fast to get the stealth kill off and the cover wasn't there to sneak closer. The melee combat is just shit, with you randomly launching attacks past the enemies and I honestly don't think I landed a single hit when I tried it. The pistol is fine, though enemies move a bit fast and ammo is really scarce, so if you don't have really good twitch reflexes, you're probably going to waste a lot of shots.

Let,s start with the pros. The game has nice graphics, there's plenty of clothes to wear and the atmosphere and environment is good. Now for the cons, and holy shit is there a lotta cons. Enemies die too easily, you'll have plenty of extra ammo. Enemies don't deal much damage and since they die easily the only times I've been injured is because of the enemies overwheming me. AI is basic and borderline stupid, even when having to be stealthy for when the Alpha Wolf shows up, don't bother being stealthy, just outrun him and dodge roll if he gets in your way. The grammar for the notes, subtitles, etc. is terrible, spelling mistakes, words that're missing in sentences to the point that the sentence makes no sense, lowercase i being used instead of an uppercase one, and for some odd reason a lack of using contraction words, They is constantly used instead of They're, in fact the writing has such bad grammar that maybe they misspelt werewolf as werewulf.

They decided to use the Voice Actress VoiceLikeCandy to voice the character you play as, and I just don't like her voice and don't find it sexy at all and her and the other VAs voice acting is crap. There's a lack of instructions regarding where to go and what to do, so I just end up wandering around looking for what to do and getting frustrated. The sex scenes are lackluster, and most of them are anal ones, and I'm not the biggest fan of anal, that and there's no "proceed" key so you hafta watch the whole terrible sex scenes unless a skip button shows up. There's a lack of being able to change areola size or colour which sucks.

Finally the greatest con of all. This shit game is $39 on Steam (at least where I live). It seems that the Unity slop games have been going away, but since Unreal is becoming more and more accessible to use these days, we now hafta worry about Unreal slop games these days. I did not complete this game, I got pretty far, but the lack of directions and janky gameplay just led to me giving up on this game.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this game, it's a janky mess and shouldn't have been made in the first place.

Complete 3D game with actual gameplay and lots of outfits.

The story is ok and it has ok voice acting.

The mc model is very well done imo. It has well done jiggle as well as some kind of muscle emulation in the but thigh area, very realistic.

Price on Steam is a bit steep but get it on sale to support the devs, there is only 3 of them.

    7.5/10.

Since this game is a semi open world and a semi shooter, it's did pretty fucking good compared to other big projects like this.

The dev team is even listening to the complaints about the game and are working to improve them

Not a perfect game, but a really good one.
    Reminds me of "Alien Isolation".

The Bad (or "this should be improved"):
    - No manual saves + no gallery - at least one of them should be included.
    - No Cum in many of the scenes, only the pre-scripted (most of the scenes are in the Hub / HQ)
    - Despite the huge wardrobe no clothing options for sex scenes (No torn clothes when raped, kinky stuff in the club etc.)
    - Fights are too easy, most of the time no real tension.
    - Limited weapon options (come on - a military science station and no alternative for the assault rifle?)

    The Good:
    - Runs flawlessly on my 8 year old System (Win10, 32GB, GTX 1660, i5 6600) with no hiccups or stutter.
    - Actual Game! And completed.
    - Very good animations.
    - Good sound acting when its there.
    - Vast station, although the walks can get a bit long. But feels "realistic".
    - Many clothes.
    - Good amount of sex scenes.

Overall a solid 3D indie game where the sex is part of the game, not just strapped on. Absolutely worth your time if you have a PC the can run 3D-Games and you want a 3D-Shooter with sex scenes included.

    Essentially, a C-class game.

    Gameplay:
    - One save for everything (the main reason for deleting this game).
    - No alternative ways to solve the problem except for sex.
    - Melee attack doesn't work in 75% of cases.
    - You can fold clothes. But to put them on, you must look for a closet.
    - Incomprehensible division of clothes into combat and civilian, because you still walk around in what you're wearing until you find a closet.
    - No way to skip animations.
    - Stupidities IA ever.

    Animation:
    - The animation in the game is not bad.
    - Animation of sex scenes: sad-sad.

    Controls:
    - Not perfect, but you can get used to it.

    Graphics:
    - Everything is great, but the settings are ass-sucking.

    Sound:
    - There is no way to change the music volume, but there are settings for this. On some levels (at the beginning), everything worked correctly.

    Bugs:
    - Sometimes you hide under the table, and she lies 2 meters from the table, and now it is impossible to get out.
    - The main menu does not work when you hide, and nothing works at all except the action buttons.
    - Werewolves spawn in front of the player.

I played to the "Hub", completed the defense mission (the author has not heard of random), and the game crashed when saving the game. Now start all over again? DELETE and forget about this project forever, because it is like "completed".

I give 2 stars for lore and effort in world building, other than that looks like something that came out in 2010s. Controls are janky and counterintuitive. Lewd content and sound design is bad. Also full of bugs and glitches + NO SAVE SYSTEM make this game not worth your while.

I only played for maybe an hour but here's my thoughts. There are only two good things I can say about this game. 1 it has a interesting concept and 2 the some of the outfits are good. everything else in this game ranges from mediocre to downright bad.

Graphics wise the game is okay not wow not horrible just okay for the most part with the one exception being the character models and the hair are just bad.

Performance is okay but for the overall graphical quality it runs poorly like the usual unreal engine slop.

Voice acting was bad enough that as far as I'm concerned it would have been better without it and the rest of the sound design is just generic.

Controls are okay up until you get to combat where melee feels clunky, there is no weight to hits, it's a pain to aim your swings and so you have to just resort to spamming attacks. Shooting would have been fine but they copied the dead space/ resident evil style of aiming except they fucked it up and your aim is way off to the left for some reason so it just feels unintuitive.

Sex scenes, I only saw one and the animation was so bad I gave up on the game since that was the last hope I had for it would be that maybe the actual porn would be good but nope.

Overall the game just feels like a waste of time, space, and thought. do yourself a favor and don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews just forget this game exists and move on to literally anything else.

Honestly, I can only blame myself for the disappointment, the moment I saw the big red flag that is "Unreal Engine" I should have skipped it. Still gave it a try, so my main negative is: Unreal Engine - in some moments it look good as some games launched 10 years ago, which is fine don't get me wrong, but no matter how good your machine is, there will be stutters and performance issues, and it doesn't matter how good some models may look (even tho you can create better and more sexy models in modded Elder Scrolls), it does not justify the 10 gigas less in space, especially when the game offers for so little content in the Heroge department.

    Zazazap

Played it for 2 hours -> wasted 2 hours of my life.

Let's list the pros and cons of this game, starting with the pros as it's shorter...

    PROS:
    - The graphics are decent thanks to Unreal Engine
    - The main character model is very sexy (though it looks like an asset-flip)

    CONS:
    - The game is unoptimized with strange choices, for instance there is constantly volumetric fog, but some lights use billboard to have "light cones". There doesn't seem to be any light baking, with tons of dynamic lights, this game feels like Starfield where they didn't bother to try and reduce the count of dynamic shadow-casting lights (which are very heavy)
    - It also seem like there are lots of graphical issues with hairs... Which is pretty bad when you're doing a game about "Werewulf"
    - The dev seems to have no clue how level design works, you will spend A LOT OF TIME running around wondering what you're supposed to do or where to go because there is no visual indication you just went past something important, everything looks like everything. An example of that are control panels, there is no visual difference between "real" control panels and props. Also there is no minimap and no quest markers so good luck figuring out where that damn keycard is.
    - Speaking of keycard, you will keep doing the same things over and over again. The gameplay loop is advance->fight stupid enemies->find a locked door->find the keycard->advance, rince and repeat.
    - Moving around and aiming feels like a chore, you'll often find yourself stuck against a wall with the camera going haywire...
    - The sex part of the game seems like an afterthought. If watching 5 vanilla animations with broken rigging and bad voice acting is your thing go for it !

TLDR: The thing feels like an asset-flip with sex added to cash in on nerd's horniness. It's a waste of time, energy and resources.

    amgwtfover

Shockingly bad for what it aspires to be in every aspect:

    Char Customisation
-Cannot rotate character or camera properly, and the lighting throws everything off

    Combat
Melee is hold RMB and spam LMB and pray, just pray. It will also take 40-50 of your schoolyard playfight punches to take anything down. The ranged isnt better with the aiming reticule being way off to the left, who designed this in a shooting game?

    Horror
It's not. It's just not. Look, you can't have "oooh, dead space vibes, ominous eh?" along with putting strip club holograms, naked women in tubes and "Hey janice, can't wait to fuck your ass friday lol" on every single notepad. Seriously, the notepads feel like a group of teenagers pretending to be adults in a horny snapchat, they can't go 12 words without mentioning fucking.

    Voice acting
It's probably the one redeeming feature. It's alright, there's a very monotone feel to it but the MC's voice did a decent job in the scenes where most games just have moans and no words. Unfortunately it's just not engaging anywhere else.

    Scenes
These guys suffer from the typical "we want to make a game, but also want that H game cash in", in that they have focused mostly on the game, and the scenes are pretty vanilla. It's 5 shades of From-Behind, Missionary and Doggy, with most enemies repeating each other.

    TL'DR
It's not worth 10gb of your time. Another game that went too "Game" with their "H Game" and thus you tend to find yourself comparing it to other, actually good games, where it falls short.
  19. 2.00 star(s)

    Ornj-geus

Not fun, not scary, barely sexy. 2/5

Gameplay handles like ass. Probably the worst aspect of the game. What is supposed to be a horror shooter just becomes a glorified treasure hunt. Track down another key card. Not there. Not there either. Boo, did I get you? No? Well the key isn't here either. There it is, you did it! Now fuck off to somewhere else and do it again. Melee combat feels like fighting with nerf bats, and shootouts are you with a real gun vs. a baboon with a nerf blaster.

Quite simply, the wolf monster isn't frightening at all. Doesn't hunt you at all. It just waits for you to enter an area and then tries for a cheap jump scare at best or you see it a mile away, it charges at you, and you drop it with three shots center mass at worst. But with SpOoKy MuSiC Just CQC his ass and move on.

The graphic are good. But where this game really suffers is the animation quality. It looks...Rigid? Clunky? Robotic! let's go with robotic. Doesn't help that the human characters catching a bone from the doggo also look like soulless robots. Especially the MC.

Character customization is also pretty trash. You can select a few sizes of tits and that's it for body customization. Now shove a bunch of RGB lights they call piercings into her because in the future they have gamer piercings. Which is 80% of the character creator.

2/5 really not worth the 12GB of file space in my opinion. But I would still say try it for yourself. Just don't expect a high quality game.

    7895642

    Version is 1.0.

I went into the game expecting something else I suppose, based on other reviews, I have some doubts, did we play the same game ?

Optimization is non existant, just looking at the copy pasted interiors and sections of corridor with too much polygons or simply details on them, tells you a lot about the dev's way of assembling a level.

This default option for the game lighting is simply too dark, most of the time you won't see anything (Which is weird as the assets are "highly detailed" but constantly in the dark), but you have a headlamp and you can turn on the weapon's torch too, it is useless.

Main Character model is ugly, body is following the same bad design. Customization is limited to Hairstyle & Color, Skin Color,Tattoo,Pubic Hair, and 4 sizes for breasts.
You can't hide the MC deadface.

Clothes have that weird "sexy look" from the cyber 2000 (latex with high glow), pair that with the MC body and you get something quite cringe to look at.

Controls are atrocious, two modes for locomotion when you press P, first one is if you want lag when you aim, second one is if you want it to snap a bit more, but it will still lag behind and be off-set from the center, cause yeah I guess.

Weird inertia on MC, supposed to be a female agile fighter, most of the time feels like the everything you can eat buffet in her belly have to get enough centrifugal force to come around and follow the direction you try to get to.

At least you can one-tap anything.
If you get hit, most of the time it is because an enemy was placed in a dead-zone when you enter the room, and it flings itself at you for that "haha got you moment", cleary the game design of all time that have never been over used.

Levels = Enter Zone > unskippable Slow Pan cinematic to reveal something > look around for keycard or panel or lever> enemies tries to jumpscare you while you do that > Exit Zone , rinse and repeat.

Keycards are hidden, oh you didn't check body #544 in the PRESET_SCIFI_CORRIDOR_27_UE ? too bad you should have, now you have lost 20 minutes looking around in the dark with the previous mentionned problems.

Voice acting is there, I guess.
Animations are stiffs, and often the lighting hides any action you could have seen, literally and figuratively.
Writings during non voiced scene is ponctuated with "Slut" "You like that slut?", clearly poetry.

Menus have a scaling problem, buttons are too far from each other and you will often have to drag your mouse across the screen just to close a journal entry, there is a lot of journal entries, a lot, and most of them have the famous "I am soon to be reunited with my lovely family teehee, oh I heard a strange noise ..." and a ragdolled bimbo body next to it with a deadface.ue5.

I expected a lot better for a game at this price (30$ at the time of this review).
Feels more like a 10$ at max, cause at least a finished product has been delivered, but sadly the dev behind need to look more into the optimization, polish and game design aspect of this project, ambitions were too high sadly.
If the MC's movement were a bit more responsives, it wouldn't feel as tedious.

Tldr; game is not worth the time, unless you enjoy the weird 3D ads about games that makes you cum 30 times in 5 minutes and always wanted to play something that looked like it.
