Millie's Adventure - Best game of this type in my opinion. But, about after scene effect, She do develop her body and it continue in to the story, But her standing picture not show all those beautiful thing.

AlienGuy's games: Prepare Uranus and his new release Kingdom of Lust (there's another game by this name too so make sure it's by AlienGuy).
PU is excessively grindy but KoL, whilst suffering from the same problem, is comparably much less so.
For extreme anal and prolapse stuff there are no other games/vn's like them.

Seconded. Family trouble by GGG is a pretty unique VN made with passion by the dev and there's a distinct anal focus for most of the girls. Worth a look for the peach enthusiasts out there.
