Im not an expert but this is roughly my list of what platforms I think you should be looking at since I think they all feed into eachother, its based on my own half assed list tho

Unlike normal indie games most adult games are self promoting. The internet is full of people looking for porn and they will find your game, so you shouldn't worry about posting it everywhere as it will probably happen naturally.
Focus on making your game instead so that when people find it they enjoy it, making a good initial impression helps a lot.
By the looks of it you just recently uploaded your game here, so here are a couple of tips to make use of the promotional system:
1. Keep updating your game frequently, the more you do it the more people will be willing to check it out. Every time a game is updated it is pushed to the first page of the latest updates page and more people check it out.
2. Make sure it is tagged properly, many users stumble upon new games when looking for specific tags they enjoy, so make sure to always keep your tags up to date, that way it will be easier for more people to notice your game as you add more kinks to it.

lol no, but the reason i probably added it was because it was similar to f95zone and had some content that was not on this site
