What are some good ways to promote your adult game?

Post it on this forum. Seems to work great for developers, even though we are pirates.

Go onto different adult games forums and spread the word there as well.

I spread the word here mostly, however I also put a post on several adult game subreddits. Those don't get a lot of attention though, no matter what I try. They have very low subscriber bases though. However it's not a bad idea to try, r/lwedgames has a list of them on its sidebar.
