is there a specifc tag for when is the protagonist cheating? i only know ntr, but most nrt games you are the one getting cucked

There aren't any separate tags to indicate this. However, I have found that if a game has the "cheating" tag, usually you as the MC are doing the cheating. This could be if you are a male MC and cheating on your girlfriend or wife. Or, perhaps you're a female MC cheating on your boyfriend or husband.
The Neotare tag typically has someone cheating on you.
This isn't 100% confirmed, but more often I found those were the cases with those tags applied.
