The game (or what I recall of it) features quality renders with a sarcastic/well-dressed/'genius' therapist (his name may be something like Sebastian or Milo) who uses charm and persuasion to seduce various women in his life. He pursues a slightly older love interest from his youth who is in an unhappy marriage (her daughter is also a heroine); his secretary is a heroine and there is a young punk-looking woman that he invites into his home. The game is initially fairly text-heavy before transitioning into semi-structured roaming (I played it 6 months to a year ago while it wasn't too far along in development). I also remember the game's banner on the website showed a man's torso/lower face in a very nice suit.
