I see and have played a lot of games that have the Futa/Trans tag on them with a male protagonist, and all the Futa/Trans person is is a chick with a strap-on.

It's not futa/trans content. But I will say this as a straight man, girl-on-guy strapon is a huge boner killer, girl-on-girl not as much but it does end up killing most of the enjoyment for me and I just want to skip it.
It does get me to react similarly to how I do if I saw futa/trans content. But that's just me.
