Have you tried calling her after school? You need both Inga and Sveta/Light at a certain level, then demerits, then you can call her after school to set up a punishment. The punishment can be repeated, but is currently the end of Inga content.
Quick update, I've only had a chance to do some minor things so far in my rewrite. I apparently picked a bad time to work on it, because we almost immediately had two deaths in the family, and then a nephew had surgery, and as the only one in the family out of work (I'm disabled) he's where I'm spending all my time. It's kicking my ass.

You have to watch her, not her daughter. The translation is a bit silly there, I'll fix the context over time.
Keep watching Sveta until you get enough pictures for blackmail. That one it actually tells you and the option to watch her goes away when you're ready, if I'm not mistaken.
The Dungeon/Basement is part of Anastasia's questline. You have to try and fail at blackmailing her. Then you have to offer her Alina (So you need high control of Alina and to be manager of the cafe), and after she's fucked with Alina, you go to the school and while walking in the halls, meet Yana. You can then offer Anastasia Yana. After that, she runs into you at school and talks to you about renting a dungeon/basement. You can then, the next day, go rent the place. I think it's 5000, or maybe 50000, can't recall. Then you have to go online at your computer and pay to have it renovated. That takes about 2 weeks. After all that, you can call Anastasia, Yana, and I think Vika if you happen to have her under your control, and take them to the basement to fuck with them.

Good question. That's essentially the end of the office content. If you get your stats high (seems you have to me) you can demand that soon you will call her and fuck her at home. I believe it's after that where you can issue her new "rules" in the office. That actually takes away your ability to have her blow you in the office (Not sure why, I think the dev is placeholding for more content) but it opens up a little content in the cafe, including the ability to have her get you coffee, and then blow you in the middle of the cafe, and lick cum from your boots. I might be wrong about the trigger, you may have already done these things. She really doesn't have an enormous amount of content yet, not does Alina. Hopefully that improves in a later update.

It's pretty safe to fuck with your own stats, and your money. Past that, it kind of depends. Sometimes if you set a girl's stats too high, you miss a trigger, but on the other hand, the stats are only part of what triggers things- sometimes, you just have to keep being repetitive. It will absolutely help you keep from having to slowly grind your bravery, sadism, money, and schooling up, and that is a huge time saver.
So, quick update on my progress working over the machine translation into a real translation:
I've mostly just been tinkering, but I haven't forgotten. Last I gave you guys and update, I had some family issues. Right now I'm dealing with some personal ones. I was disabled a few years ago, and I've gone through extensive therapy, nothing had worked, while fighting workers comp and disability. I settled my workers comp case (Man my settlement was shit) and will be getting the cash soon, and trying medical marijuana for pain soon. If it helps as much as I hope, I'll finally have some time and ability to put some real writing time in after a few weeks. The only thing that may throw a wrench in that, that I know of, is if the Disability people finally get off their ass and give me a hearing. That might delay things a bit, because I'll have more time with lawyers and doctors.
A word to the wise: Don't get hurt at work. If it's serious, you're liable to get fucked, because workers comp is shit, and the Disability people don't want to help. If it does happen to you, get lawyers immediately.
Either way, I'm looking forward to going back through the game and getting my project back on track.
Pretty sure you just have to meet the requirements and then a new option appears when you leave the house. Go to the new option (can't remember what it's called) and pay for the place. Then you need to go back to your computer and pay for it to be renovated, and then you have to wait two weeks for that to happen. This has been mentioned in the thread multiple times before.
