Basically, you are moving your mouse to get that perfect timing, and when the red gauge shows up, you must score high (I think hard or aboves) in order to fill that gauge.
Filling up the gauge results in the white gauge going down.
Rinse and repeat.
I'm not sure if there is an ending to this, but it is pointlessly difficult for no reason.
The animator is wasting their talent on this game.
