Hi if you still looking for Hunter ver 0.2.3 i took the Original and hand translated it via google (took some days ).
So the english is a bit bit weird but i think its mostly playable.
I dont know if i want to do the same with the new Samosbor version but if anyone has the old 1.1 version xml dictionary with russian/english i would try to merge it.
