Why the hell does mega keep stopping downloads in the middle of the file?
It's always done that, it has a horrible design.
The only fix I know of is to pause the download, open the link in a new tab, and resume the download in that new tab.

i'm recommend to install the Mega App whenever you download something that is 500MB or bigger, i remember back in the day they have download limit per day, and using the App will spread the limit to 3GB

New stage!

This is a pretty rough translation for some reason. Lots of things went somewhat wrong and I am not entirely sure why. It is still broadly understandable but I think a weak performance from Gemini. I think this game will be a good candidate for me trying some new things with my prompts and preprocessing, since it is short enough that I can actually evaluate the differences, but that will likely have to wait for October.

Alumina and Tangel's civilian names were also released with this version and I am not sure how to translate them into English.

白夜 - Bianca. The transliteration is Byakuya, which is a terrible sounding name in English, but is close enough to Bianca. It translates to white night, so maybe there's a wintery name that might serve better.

橙華 - Hannah. Similarly, the transliteration is garbage, Daidaihana. Not a great name. It means orange blossom, which is also not super useful. Hannah at least preserves one syllable as a proper English name.

There don't appear to be any other characters with the same names I can base something off of either. They are definitely White Night and Orange Blossom, which work better as code names than as civilian names. It seems like an odd choice either way, and not sure how to proceed with them.

That's just how translating goes sometimes when there isn't a word-for-word equivalent you can use. Gotta get creative :D Thanks for these quick translations btw, it makes previewing these releases is a lot easier.

白夜 = báiyè/ noun. midnight sun
橙華 = chéng huà / to make sense or to speak sense

Anyhow, I'm sure you will figure out something Muninkai, thanks for the translation

There are a lot of interesting references to enemies and bad states in the files - tho it seems that a lot of images where deleted befor the release of the new trial version. I can get enemies to run the skills from newer enemies, but since the images are missing the game refuses to continue.

It's also funny to see that some enemy images where deleted from previous versions (like the book)

I think Byakuya isn't quite so bad as a name. I remember the main girl from "The Magical Girl and the Evil Lieutenant Used to Be Archenemies " is called that. Buuuut Daidaihana?? That is on a whole nother level

Are you using 2.5 pro? I haven't noticed much change with some of my test runs these days compared to weeks ago.

Your approach might be for the best imo for the naming. A quick search came up with as possible options:
白夜 - Hakuya
橙華 - Touka (Tōka)

Unless you really want to keep it as close to Japanese as possible, I think anglifying the names make more sense for an English translation. But in the end go with whatever makes the most sense to you.

2.0-flash, so maybe upgrading to a newer model would help.

And interesting. That's good to know!
