Overview:
Today your parents were supposed to come back from a diplomatic mission, instead you received news of their deaths. Being the sole heir to the throne, your kingdom now looks to you to lead it. Maybe you’ll find your parents' murders and make them pay, or maybe their deaths were something you secretly wanted. Maybe you’ll be a fair and just ruler, or stuff your pockets, as well as your face. Maybe you’ll make a perfect kingdom where all the women can afford to be as girthy as you, or maybe everyone will starve trying to feed your endless hunger. In the remake of Queen Sized all of this is possible as well as much more in this massive game. But maybe kingdom management isn’t what you're interested in? Don’t worry, you’ll be seeing a lot of big bellies, fat asses and massive milkers as well. Fatten up your royal court as you see fit, enjoy fattening “bad” endings and some very lusty events will all your favorite characters. There's a little bit of everything here, so take your time and enjoy the writing, as well as the art.​

"Game" seems to be some sort of refresh of their game under the same/similar name, which had more to do i.e. day-to-day events, hold royal court, and attend to the problems of the kingdom, meals and such. how they manage to call this a "remake" and provide next to nothing in terms of game play is impressive.
The writing has not improved since and only seems to have taken a serious downturn as far as readability goes. I thought the typos could be ignored but at a certain point seeing 2-3 words per sentence being a dyslexic jumble really feels like they either don't know what proofreading is, or just don't care. Seeing the body descriptions for sizes go from "yea yorue thinne i geuss [sic]" to several paragraphs that reiterate the same talking points over and over lends to the idea that they just got horny and wrote whatever came to mind and just... posted it.
