I remember seeing a movie that I think was french. It had a barely 18 girl dancing twirling a baton nude while 2 boys watched her through the window. Anyone have any idea what that movie was?

Any ideas in what decade the movie was made? Description of the girl? Or the boys? Any other scenes that come to mind?
Where did you watch said movie, maybe we can narrow it down to an independent or mainstream one...

Not really sure to be honest. She was wearing a white band type of hat and topless. One of the boys was 18ish and light black complexion... the other was a younger white kid.
