Honestly, there's no set tag definition standard. Each site will have it's own version of how they classify content.

I'm working on a "Tagopedia" and have posted the first two or three in threads in this forum. But I'm not an expert on each fetish, so I expect perhaps someone else will be inspired to write, e.g., the entry on NTR.
