you can look for r/lewdgames on reddit, which also links to a few other adult games subreddits, which allows you to advertise to a small group of people who might not be here. However, here on the site, I suggest signatures, posting all around (to discussion an game threads where people will see you and your signatures, not just spamming "play my game"), and having a good banner for Latest Updates. You might be able to suggest your game on game suggestions threads, but I'd suggest you proffer more than just your own game, so that you don't come off as a shill.
