Question about Latest Updates (alpha thingy)

I just wanna know with the latest updates tool. Does it show every game on the website? I like being able to search by engine and tags but the advanced search doesn't offer that unlike the latest updates tool.
It's been gnawing at me for a while.

Advanced search does allow searching by tags.

Go to the "Search Threads" tab of the advanced search.

I'm sure you're pulling results from all over the forum which include games that are not "published" in the game section therefore wont be Latest Update.
