But I wanted to know if anyone have ever gotten in any problems because of copyright and stuff
If I use some porn will they(the owner/company) just ask me to remove it or am I going to face a lawsuit
Can't I just legally buy that from them and how much it will cost

TBH I am 99% certain a porn studio won't even deign this guy with a reply, so it wouldn't even be possible to compare pricing. Some low tier OF girl... who knows. It's def more legally riskier than drawn porn because it's actual porn, and commissioned art has more shaky status.

No, that's not the case. You're mixing up F95 site rules with IP laws and regulations.

Even if F95 won't follow a DMCA take down request - that doesn't stop the IP owners from attempting to track down and file a legal claim against the person who took their property. The problem only gets bigger when a person tries to monetize the content if they get caught.

Because a person who would ask in a public forum about how to get away with using real porn would be easily baited into a conversation with an investigator and would eventually give enough details about their personal life to determine who they are (if not actually giving direct contact info).

Many won't.

Also, adult game developers who use real porn aren't allowed on Patreon on other sites. While there are a number who are on there (again, luck of the draw) - once they are reported by a disgruntled fan, they're toast.

I think some of us are missing the point. If all gamerfrosty wants is to make a porn AVN using real pornstars just for fun without monetizing it, it will probably go smoothly without any problem. It will not cause you any problems on this site and the copyright owners will probably won't care about some dude on some site making some game.

However, if you'd develop an appetite and start thinking about monetizing your game by selling it and/or distributing it via a patron support platform, you're probably not going to be able to do so for reasons described by others.
