Is there any way to search both the prefix [Completed] and a tag at the same time?

Yep, you just first pick one thing and then pick the other, this link is using the prefix [Completed] and the "incest" tag

FYI: You can also exclude prefixes with the filter on the Latest Updates page.

Thanks! I was using the advanced search function and I didn't see the option to search prefixes there. Nice to know it's somewhere else though!
