I want to post a heavily modified DeepL translation to a RPGM game that had a terrible MTL. Do I have to post it under Games, Mods, or Translations? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I am not used to posting in general.

-If the game already has a thread, you can post the translation files directly in the game thread. Then report your own post so uploaders link it to the OP.
