Hello.

I am venturing into 3D DAZ and Blender. I want to make NSFW games, and 3d comics. When my new computer parts arrives, this will probably becomes a hobby of mines. I have some questions. I do not plan to create my own model from scratch. Rather, I want to buy and use other assets and models. I am honestly asking because I simply wanna create hot games for people to please themselves to do. Take that however you will.

1. Will I face repercussion if said the original owner and creator of those assets and model catch winds of my NSFW works? Even if it is free?

2. If I choose to sell my NSFW, will the original owner and creator of that model come after me if they catch winds of my NSFW works?

3. If I make minor changes to the original assets or models, but keep like 90-95% of the original assets and models, same as above? Repercussion?

4. Of course my real identity will never be reveal and my account name will be something different once my NSFW journey begins, but do NSFW faces repercussion?

5. Lastly, am I a scum for using some else assets and models? Real questions as I do not want to be discouraged? How do you feel about this approach?

Thank you for any kind or harsh notes and replies if there are any. I will take them both regardless.

1. Assets usually come with their licensing and Terms of Use. Which should tell what you can and can't do with the asset. Some might be for non-commercial use only and other stuff, you should look at terms of use before you buy or download free assets.
Unless the creator of the asset prohibits use of their work for nsfw, there is nothing to be concerned about.

2. Again, depends on terms of use and license of that specific asset.

3. Same, terms of use and license should tell whatever you can or can not edit the asset.

4. Depends of what kind of "repercussion" you mean here and from whom. If you live in a country that bans production or distribution of pornography in general or some specific type of it that you wanna make, then yeah, you can face repercussion if the government founds you doing this. Otherwise if you gonna sell it, like on patreon or somewhere else, you need to know the platform's terms of service that should tell you what kind of porn you can and can not sell there.

5. No, it's totally fine. Assets are sold or shared for other people to use, not just for looking at them or something.
As long as you can actually provide anything meaningful in other aspects of game development instead of just slapping shit together into an shovelware asset-flip, there should be absolutely no problem with this approach.
