Hey Forum lads!
So around 2 months ago I signed up for a Racaty premium account with only an intention of keeping it for one month.
When I tried unsubscribing there does not seem to be any option that will let me do so on the account.
Their ToS says that "we do not hold your credit card info and subscription will need to be extended manually".
However for some reason they still charged my credit card automatically through paypal (even though I don't use paypall and my paypal account is blocked).
I tried contacting Racaty through their message box and live chat but received no response.
Do I just contact my card company to block them or what?
