Its an amazing game, 100% recommended. The update time is about 7-9 months, but this update looks like it will take a little bit more time to finish. The lewd scenes are very good. Some may think that there arent that many, but there are more in each update, so the number is increasing "exponentially"

There hasn't been a situation where you needed to downshift, he does it automatically during the races. The only "tricky" part is sometimes he downshifts to a lower gear and you have to pay attention to what he says in order to know what gear you are in.
