Not quite sure what your concern is here? Since a cbr (or CBZ) file is simply a renamed RAR or ZIP archive (respectively) they are easy to change back and forth between a comic archive and a normal one. Or do you dislike the CBR format? Rarely get to SVS anymore since most everything I want gets here first

Yeah, a CBR file is literally a RAR archive with a different extension. A CBZ file is a zip or 7Z archive with a different extension. If you have a windows machine you can view extensions in the file manager view options I think that's where it is) and then you just rename the 3 characters after the . Alternative you can rightclick on the file and select "open with" and select your archive program WinRAR or WINZIP, etc
