Seeking Random Generated Characters

Hello.
I am looking for a 3d game, which have random generated npc you can have sex with them, the npc's i would love them to be generated with tattoos and piercings.
Is there anything like this?
I am currently playing sma, but i want something similar in terms of random generation but with much more customization in terms of how npc looks like.

I try Life Play, but the annoying trans bug ( some girls spawn with dicks ) make me leave the game.
