So this is a very dark mind manipulation kind of HTML game.
I didn't find too much issues with english, personally, nor is the rating reflection of that part at all.
Pics: Well everyone knows if it's HMTL game, and it isn't text only, that picture quality can make it or break it. This is a dark and twisted game, so the pics tend to go that route. In terms of quality they are relatively low res images, so that's a minus. They aren't the best in the world, either. This is I guess average, but could be improved upon. 3/5
Writing: Sadly, this is the part of this game that doesn't make much sense. From constantly reminding the player that this is the game and that they are playing, unnecessary jokes in the wrong times, non-sensical reaction of the player character to the world, how easily corruptible the character is, being disrespective towards the player, the plot that seemingly doesn't make much sense... this is the worst part of this game. 1/5
Atmosphere: It's dark, twisted (unrealistically so), but you either like it or you don't. I thought it was a bit cartoonishly dark, and therefore found it a lil bit childish at times how the writing tried portraying the atmosphere as dark as possible. It's average I suppose. 3/5
Annoyances: Besides the ones I already mentioned, no back button is my compaint, biggest one. There's many easy-to-get bad endings and it gets tiresome seeming through them all, basically necessitating constant saves, which is tiresome.
The story is actually, when you discount the numerous bad endings, quite linear and bleh.
Overall: Poor - I guess people that dig dark and twisted atmosphere mind control games will get their kicks from this. I guess the pictures are good enough for some people. And that's just about anything worth to it so far. 2/5
