a vast majority of QSP and HTML games use real porn assets I've found. The Company, Son of a Bitch, A Spell for All and Adam and Gaia are a few I've played and enjoyed, well not so much Son of a Bitch since the English interpretations of the Russian translation is horrible.

The tag search function in the top right lets you select up to 5 tags, just make sure one of them is the Real Porn tag. For instance, combining Real Porn and Incest returns only 24 results.

Normally I wouldn't suggest a tag search, but in this case, since there really are so few of them, it's appropriate.
