Seeking Real Sandbox experience games

I am usually really specific, so im going to calm it down here.
Since half of the games that are tagged "Sandbox" are not, its best to just ask.

To get the the bottom, here is the must have checklist:
1. Sandbox or sandbox mode (Do whatever, cheat codes work)
2. 3D open world. If i can move around freely, im happy
3. Character customization (Basic (body sliders) or advanced, it does not matter)
4. NOT censored. (Nobody likes those games.)

And here are things i would like, but not required:
1. Possible Futa/Shemale support
2.Possible mod support
3. Possible fetish (Inflation)
4. voice acting that is not copy paste at different time, but its not big deal.

Looking forward to the games that are being offered.

NOTE: Don't care much if i have to pay, as long as its worth the money, and not low quality game.

sounds like like you are looking for a REDLIGHTCENTER type of game its a MMO with a little work you can make what ever world you want you can design and create your own places your own clothing , you can meet real people from all around the world and yes you can have uncensored sex too there are dance clubs, strip clubs ,movie theaters ,you can trade in game money for real currency .... you can buy and sell properties items and clothing you create .....most important thing is to have a fast and stable internet connection ....
