Really ignoring thread

When I choose to ignore thread, it keeps appearing 'greyed out' in the latest updates. I justt want to completely ignore those threads. Is there any way to do that?

Using the filter on the right to select the tags to exclude and include, then bookmark the page and use the bookmark.

I just want to filter specific threads, not an entire tag
