One extra star just for the premise, which is great. Love the idea!
The implemetation, however, is a train wreck on top of a train wreck.
Many people here already mentioned the grind, but that is subjective, right? Let's look at some
objective data regarding grind.
You pick the college kid and want to score with a schoolmate. No biggie, just need to unlock the "Receive Head" Perk. That in itself is a grind, but let's assume you already have it. So, off to College we go!
You need to click 5 times to get to College.
You need to click 7 times to get to the Interaction page with the Schoolmate.
Now, if you've unlocked the Flirt Interaction, you get +2 Opinion with just two clicks. If you haven't, you need 3 clicks to get it through Chatting.
You have to repeat this until you have 40 Opinion. That's 20 times going through the Chatting or Flirting interaction.
But remember! You only get to do this three times a day, because time flies!
Now that it's late you have to return home and go to sleep - that's going to be 3 more clicks.
You need to repeat the whole process for 7 days. That's at least 147 clicks (and that's ignoring the selection screen after every day) if you've already unlocked Flirting or 168 if you haven't.
The award? A 3 second gif.
This game is deadly boring WITH the Cheat Mode that allows you to rewind and re-try certain ineractions (to get a Perk). I just cannot imagine the mind numbing tediousness if "playing" normally.
Oh, and you're not even rewarded with any good, spicy writing! For example, you can download an incest game on a computer which MIGHT unlock the "Family Lovin'" chat topic. Sounds spicy? Well, you go and talk to the "Totally Not Dad", character select Chat,, select "Family Lovin'" and you get this:
Robert
Hey Natasha , did you want something? I'm a little busy here...
Natasha
Do you want to talk about family lovin?
Robert
family lovin? - Heh, sure thing. I love family lovin!
That's it. That's literally all there is, regardless of characters. All interactions look like that.
