Thank you for your help. I've been busy with life matters and writing new storylines recently, which is why I haven't checked F95 promptly. You're absolutely 1000% correct – I did use Enigma Virtual Box to package the game because RPG Maker's files are excessively numerous and messy. The issue might be due to my updated version of Enigma Virtual Box, which hasn't been registered in these scanning/antivirus software databases yet, triggering false virus alerts.
The following is an announcement and not directed at anyone in particular
First, updates are scheduled for the 15th of every month. Yet, I still occasionally get bombarded on Discord by NTR or pure-route enthusiasts interrogating me about the plot. After all this time, do you really think I'd go through the trouble just to slip in a "virus" that any basic scan could easily detect to "infect" your computer? (Yes, I've literally received DMs accusing me of planting malware.) If that's what you believe, then fine - I surrender. You win. I'll still use Enigma Virtual Box for packaging, simply because RM's file clutter is unbearable. No other reason.
