Identify recall a game with a sister, her friend, running joke of scene interruptions, I think a killing

Can't remember the name of this game, I believe was reunited with daughter, her slutty friend comes later and a seeming running joke of scenes getting interrupted just as things were about to escalate, and I think near the end the dad shoots someone or commits a crime and is arrested but gets out in last update
