The whole scenario is doomed and set to fail, it's the complete antithesis to what management strive in that regard. Honestly making it as a RPGgame and not interactive visual novel is just a bad choice of engine implementation in my opinion.
Since the story is about good person fall to their grace, the eventual decline of reputation is quite novel, but since it's about her and not the guild itself the story fall into how you label someone instead of how corrupt business can be made it less interesting, so for why she kept going and not close it down is a complete mystery to me.
