This is what I was saying a while back. I think it's safe to assume while originally being an incest game, it no longer is because of patreon. If you can suspend disbelief, I think it could work.

There is clearly a massive difference between what you experience in your culture and what is actually common in most of Western society. We live in a world where you have girls in HS opening OF pages. It's been nearly 60yrs since the "sexual revolution" and we've reached this crazy point where half the country is whoring themselves out to the lowest bidders while shaming men for looking at anything that resembles a human female. I was going to say the only virgins you'd find would be on some cults compound, but even that's a lie bc they're marrying their kids off to men 4x their age who already have 3 wives. So this entire kink is like lusting after bigfoot. And, at the end of the day, Chloe is waaaay too big of a slut for it to be anything more than lip service. That's not a complaint, it's just laughable how frequently she puts herself into a VERY sexually charged situation with clear intent.
The Grace, MC, and Chloe relationship just doesn't make sense in any context. You could argue Grace is the MC's much older sister, Chloe her granddaughter, MC Chloe's great uncle. These age gaps are just wild and illogical for any scenario. I think the dev just realized that there is no fixing it w/o pissing people off, so he's just ignoring it and frustrating everyone.
Once you ignore the virgin bs, the characters ages and the "relationship" between those 3, it's an interesting story. Those are relatively small hiccups for most AVN's on this site. And it's far from the only game who slaps specific kink tags onto their game and then barely gives them the lip service necessary to justify them. It'd be easy enough to fix and make sense of it all, but I think we'd all agree we'd prefer they just keep moving the story forward. Once it's done, then they can come back and fix this shit.

Honestly the way their relationships are written by default make the most sense to me. Grace being a grieving widow striking things up with an old family friend; Chloe having a girlhood crush on MC and now she's grown into a woman. This game just doesn't feel like incest fits at all nor does it need it. While the initial version had them as family relationships, the incest thing was written out of the dialogue entirely with the first update to the game after launch, and all of the dialogue and interactions since then don't have any of the taboo you normally see in incest games.
I think the dev abandoned the concept a long time ago. Probably decided it wasn't worth fucking with Patreon especially when the story works better without shoehorning incest into it in the first place.

For the rest, and by very rare exception, I'm sad that they removed the facepalm reaction.
I mean, I kind of get what you are saying, and there are (statistically speaking) quite a lot of western women who are like what you describe and who do have plenty of one-night-stands and whatnot.
However there are (in fact) also other western women who are not whores and they don't need to be in some cult either. And certainly not in a cult like the one you are describing.

Not every game needs incest in it. This VN works perfectly fine without it and I suspect the dev decided early on that it wasn't worth fussing with it. If you really want incest though, I believe there's already a fan mod that hamfists it in. Otherwise, 90% of the other VNs on F95 have some sort of incest so there's plenty for you to chose from.

Hey everyone
Straight to the point: the next game update is locked in for next month. I’m working on 6‑7 animations right now, and each one needs a decent chunk of render time. Still, i hope the payoff will be worth it
Quick note: I recently lost someone close, so I’ll be out of town for about a week to handle everything. I won’t dwell on it here, but thanks for understanding.
I’m bringing my laptop and will keep working whenever I can.
