Cycle of Corruption - Great pixel-art animations. The game itself is a "horror" with puzzles. Very decent game.
2.
Just Date Vegan - Has some well made 3D animations. It's a short VN with a couple of endings.

Lovely Craft Piston Trap - The animations are something on entirely another level. But the whole gameplay is just moving your mouse from left to right.
4.
Aurelia - My favorite from this list with great animations. At the same time the gameplay doesn't feel clunky like in many hentai games. The developer also knows how to write a decent the story and develop characters. You just have to try it if reading doesn't scare you.
5.
My Maid Dreams of Electric Sheep - Another good game. Unfortunately not finished. It's by far on top when it comes to graphics on this website.

Dating Joyce: a Deckbuilding Game - I'll be honest with you, I don't remember this game well in terms of animation. I just remember a well done gameplay with alright, albeit lacking story. However, from what I remember, the animations here were well made. Although the graphic side of this game is lacking a bit.

Syahata's Bad Day - Warning: A lot of bestiality. But yeah, the animations are really good and I feel obligated to recommend it here.

The Grim Reaper who reaped my Heart! - A heartwarming, vanilla type of game. The only bad thing is that after this there's no other such game with such combination of heartwarming, good story, with great art style and animations.

Afterschool Tag- Another decent choice if you are looking for a good pixel art animations.

Peeping Dorm Manager- If you don't mind playing as a scumbag, then it' has a nice combination of great animations with equally good graphics.
