Damn, v0.25 already? It feels like this is going to be a very short VN. I'm not saying that will be reality; obviously I don't know. But it feels like practically nothing's happened, either story- or relationship-wise. And then, out of the blue: the MC and Christina kiss, and she unsurprisingly pushes the MC away and says they've gone too far.

It's also very strange that there still have been practically no choices in the VN. It's only barely not a KN at this point. Even if you chose that the MC would have robotic sex with Diana last time, it apparently made no difference whatsoever. A single line of dialogue was different: "Then, you know...", referencing said sex. An MC I can't really connect with, LIs I mostly can't connect with, and almost no choices to make.... I sure hope things improve, though my hopes aren't high. I guess at least it's not a huge time investment just to keep going.

So, after this release, where do we go? It's obvious that the MC is ready to take the relationship further, and the only thing holding Christina back is that she refuses to be 'the other woman' in an existing relationship.

There are a few ways this could go, but the most obvious one is that the MC has to break up with Diane and move out. Since he no longer appears to even like Diane, and disparaged her several times in this release, the question is CAN he move out to somewhere other than directly to Christine's place. If he does that, it's pretty much game over. So, what obstacle(s) can the developer throw his way?

I wonder whether there's even any chance of salvaging anything with Diana at this point. Even if the MC would ever actually confess missing affection directly to her, would it really make a difference? She doesn't seem to consider anything but herself, she seems tired of life in general (and so by extension, the relationship as well), and affection doesn't seem to be something that comes to her naturally.

So, then, like you ask, where do we go from here? If Diana were not who she is, I'd guess one possible obstacle could ofc be that she realizes what's happening and decides actually to try in the relationship and get them both to some place of affection and a way forward. Given her personality, though, I don't see that becoming an obstacle to moving out.

I suppose he could get some type of injury and be bedridden for awhile. Maybe he walks around a corner and — bad timing — runs into a windmilling Belle who throws him into traffic or something.

He could also be offered a promotion as some kind of "sales abroad" representative for the company, but Christina is the same distance as Diana basically. So that wouldn't let a relationship with her develop.

Maybe Diana learns she has some illness, making the MC second-guess whether he would want to stay with her. (Is it really the time to abandon her?) But given that he says he has "no regrets" about the kiss... I have my doubts on this one as well.

Maybe Diana can just throw chairs at the MC as he moves to leave. If he can Donkey-Kong them decently, only then can he actually leave. :unsure:

Diana seems to have a well-paying job. Why is that a question? Wouldn't she be the owner?

And everyone else can disagree all they want; I couldn't care less. I always prefer to find some good in people, so I hope there's some kind of redemption arc for Diana. I realize it's unlikely, and even if Viit tries to pull it off it probably won't be done very well. But I still would like to see it.

The only time that Diana seemed like a real person was when they were all together at the pool. She and Christina do seem to be able to connect.

So how about this scenario? Christina gets with Diana in an attempt to get her to be more affectionate, and save the relationship. This attempt either fails or succeeds (depending on our choices), so that we can get either a 3-way relationship when she succeeds, or otherwise Christina realizes that Diana is a lost cause and succumbs to her desires for the MC.

I doubt that's the actual future of this game... just throwing shit at the fan. :D

OK. Sorry, but your point confuses me. Whether she owns the apartment / condo or not, she can still kick the MC out of their bed, can't she? I mean, there are almost certainly some cultures where that would never happen obviously, but in a normal European / United States / Canadian culture, a wife or girlfriend is typically the one to kick someone out of the bed if either partner does. So I think I'm missing the point, b/c I don't see the connection here.

like there are that many cafe assets. :p on another game saw bar in nightclub being same as in u4ia.

I mean, your not wrong...but then, it's not like there's much happening in the story, nor do they go to interesting places, or do interesting things...

I'm still curious if we will find that secret robot-factory/laboratory and can update the OS for the gf, human like emotions and such :whistle:

plot: mc does hr or 2 work, then goes to meet christina and after some time mc goes back home/gf's apartment and after some chat with gf they goto sleep.

christina needs some fixing too since she's always so overwhelming happy.
