Suppose I'm looking to hire a full complement of workers for a project. What sort of prices would one expect to pay? Renpy programming, Daz renders, writing, etc. I'm trying to budget for a future project and would like to know what I may be looking at. And apart from full prices, what sort of revenue share splits are usually common?

Game developers are really cheap to hire nowadays. But it depends on where they are living. If you want a developer from India/Indonesia, it could be $1-$2 per hour. Devs from Russia/Poland probably $2-$5. Devs from Europe/Japan/US are $10-$15.
You make a DAZ porn game, not rocket science, you don't need very professional workers.

The big question now is how do you estimate the number of hours needed?

I think for DAZ games it is easy. Order one character or one CG and you can roughly estimate the whole game.
Renpy coding is difficult to estimate, but it is probably just 10% of the game budget.
