Does playing those games and getting immersed in game narratives, and not only (I really enjoy sci-fi games), make me a pervert because I enjoy them? Should I feel ashamed or guilty because I enjoy a nice story with some entertainment?

I realize this might sound stupid, but what are your views about it? Should I feel bad or ashamed of myself?

Since I also play these games and occasionally post in the threads, I obviously don't think there's anything wrong with this.
I generally prefer those games with decent plot, attractive love interests and interesting characters, regardless of setting or genre. I don't play many AVNs that are only or predominantly about sex, it happens, but not too many as I think they usually get pretty boring soon.
Sex scenes, if written and rendered well, can add spice and interest to the story, as well as nice eye candy.
If you think you play too much, or if you've discovered that you have a specific kink that feels problematic to you, something that could be harmful to yourself or others, then seeking professional help might be a good idea. But for most people I think this is a perfectly normal and healthy interest and hobby and definitely not something to be ashamed of.

I think a lot of people just want to look down on someone else and say "what you do is bad" while either doing it themselves, something worse, or something equally destructive so they can say "well at least I don't ____".

If you have guilt or convictions about something and it doesn't make you feel good, don't do that thing. Don't force yourself to normalize the abnormal for no reason. Find something else you enjoy that doesn't make you feel bad or yucky.

Nah you're fine. As long as it is not dominating your free time and thoughts, and you're not hurting others or yourself, then it's absolutely okay. Some games here are indeed fun to play for actual gameplay and story reasons, of course most of them have sex added in them, but some are tasteful, others are just kink fests and that's okay too.

Just enjoy responsibly, same with everything really.
